To be in a state of harmony means to be in motion all the time. The physical body requires a certain amount of activity to stay in shape. As water in a pond, without circulation, will certainly stagnate and rot, and eventually turn into a swamp, so the human body needs circulation of blood, lymph and vital energy. The same applies to the mind: the mind requires movement, otherwise it “sours” and only continues to repeat the same thing, like a mantra, but this does not work at all.
